Position: Fundraising and Project Development Manager

Job Context
The Centre for Injury Prevention and Research, Bangladesh (CIPRB) is one of the leading organizations dedicated to public health research in Bangladesh. We are looking for a Fundraising and Project Development Manager for immediate appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- The position will be supervised by and reportable to the Executive Director of the organization.
- Lead on the development/review and implementation of the organizational fundraising strategy, working with the Executive Director and Senior Management Team to develop a sustainable and diverse funding base. It will focus on different grant fundraising and identifying corporate funding opportunities and innovations for generating core/unrestricted funding.
- Support the development of quality proposals to grant-making bodies, both nationally and internationally.
- Review concept notes and proposals including budgets and planning tools, such as logical frameworks, to ensure they meet donor criteria and are consistent with narrative proposals.
- Support national and international partners to identify and respond to relevant funding opportunities for CIPRB's programmes, with emphasis on global drowning and water safety. Where appropriate, support the development of joint funding proposals, as required.
- Other responsibilities, as advised by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Masters in English/Master of Public Health
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in fundraising and project development or a similar position
Salary and Benefits
- Consolidated monthly salary of Tk. 60,000 (including taxes, negotiable).
- Other admissible benefits as per the policy of the organization.
