CIPRB in collaboration with UNICEF has been implementing Health and Gender Support Project (HGSP) to improve maternal and neonatal health care services in Cox’s Bazar district. Under this project CIPRB has been providing trainings on national protocols and standards, especially, Every Mother Every Newborn (EMEN), Comprehensive Newborn Care Package (CNCP) and Disability Friendly Health services (DFHS). In addition to that, CIPRB has been providing technical support to the Government health system to implement the MPDSR activities throughout Cox’s Bazar district. Till date 1456 Government health care providers were trained for EMEN, CNCP and DFHS. In addition to that CIPRB team also supported implement the MPDSR activities in all upazilas of Cox’s Bazar district.
