With the funding support from UNICEF Bangladesh CIPRB’s Health System Research Division implemented “Survival Swimming Skills Project” in 14 districts of Bangladesh. Under this project 545 Community Swimming Instructors were trained on Basic Swimming teaching training and first response training. A total of 52,508 children aged between 6 to 12 years were trained for survival swimming lessons in 245 swimming venues.
