Position: Research Coordinator

Salary: 45,000 BDT/month

Duty Station: Dhaka (Field visits to Sylhet, Bhola)

Duration: Eight months

Job Responsibilities

1. Desk Review and Secondary Data Analysis: Conduct desk reviews, analyze secondary data, and maintain proper documentation.
2. Questionnaire Drafting and Pre-Testing: Collaborate to develop study tools and pre-test them for clarity and reliability.
3. Training and Capacity Building: Develop training materials and mentor the research and data collection team.
4. Fieldwork Organization and Monitoring: Plan fieldwork logistics and supervise activities to ensure quality data collection.
5. Data Collection and Processing: Oversee accurate data collection, processing, and validation for analysis.
6. Reporting and Communication: Prepare progress reports and contribute to the study’s final report.
7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with stakeholders and field teams to ensure smooth research implementation.
8. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure ethical standards are maintained and comply with organizational policies.
