🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Master's degree in Population Science, Social Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies, or another relevant discipline from a recognized university.

💼 Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field enumerators and data collectors.
2. Ensure all research activities are conducted according to approved study protocols and ethical guidelines.
3. Conduct regular field monitoring visits to ensure data quality and adherence to study procedures.
4. Review completed questionnaires and electronic data forms for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
5. Provide on-site technical guidance and problem-solving support to field teams.
6. Coordinate field logistics, schedules, and assignments to ensure timely completion of data collection.
7. Verify that informed consent procedures are properly followed and participant confidentiality is maintained.
8. Conduct spot checks, back-checks, and re-interviews as part of quality assurance.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field progress reports.
10. Communicate field challenges and recommend corrective actions to the Research Coordinator.

⭐ Required Skills

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent command of Bangla and English (written & spoken).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
