Brief: Dr. Aminur Rahman, Deputy Executive Director, CIPRB was the one of the panelists in the WDPD 2023 WHO Flagship Webinar which was held to commemorate the observance of the Third World Drowning Prevention Day 2023 on 27 July 2023. He was addressed as the Grand Father of drowning prevention in Bangladesh by Devid Meddings, Drowning Prevention Lead.
