Tender Details Tender (Financial Quotation) is hereby invited from competent suppliers to supply and deliver 8,000 First Aid Boxes. The boxes are to be delivered to ICBC project offices in 16 districts of Bangladesh, including:

  2. Bhola
  3. Patukhali
  4. Brahmanbaria
  5. Chandpur
  6. Lakshmipur
  7. Narshingdhi
  8. Bagherhat
  9. Satkhira
  10. Mymensingh
  11. Netrokona
  12. Sherpur
  13. Sirajganj
  14. Nilphamari
  15. Habiganj
  16. Sunamganj

5 Roll Bandage 3" (12 pcs Packet, Surgical) 1 pcs
6 Scissors (Steel) 5" (Surgical) 1 pcs
7 Sterile Surgical Gauze (12 pcs Packet) 1 pcs
8 Hand Rub (Isopropyl Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide 100 ml) 1 pcs
Key Deliverable Total of 8,000 First Aid Boxes to be prepared with the required contents and delivered in the 16 districts of Bangladesh.
VAT & Tax VAT & Tax will be deducted at source as per Government rules. Transportation cost will be included in the unit price.
Application Deadline Submit all hard copies of necessary documents to CIPRB by 09 October 2024 in a sealed envelope.
Procurement Evaluation Process Supplier’s capacity will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
  1. Company Profile / Qualification
  2. Experience
  3. Current Clientele, Trade License, TIN, BIN, Tax Return, Bank Solvency Certificate
Pre-Bid Meeting 03 October 2024 at 3:00 PM (Sample Confirmation)
