Dr. Abu Sayeed Md. Abdullah serves as the Programme Manager (Team Leader) within the Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) Department at the Centre for Injury Prevention and Research Bangladesh (CIPRB). With over 15 years of experience in the public health sector, he holds a Master of Public Health degree from North South University. Prior to that, he earned a Master of Science in Microbiology and a degree in veterinary medicine from Bangladesh Agricultural University. His notable strengths include a keen eagerness to learn, unwavering hard work, and a high level of energy. Dr. Abdullah possesses excellent tolerance and patience, enabling him to effectively navigate challenging situations. He has undergone training in Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Office Management, Communicative English, statistics for public health research, and Literature Search. Having published more than 30 research articles, Dr. Abdullah has actively contributed to qualitative and quantitative research, Outbreak Investigation, and surveillance initiatives. His involvement extends to the development of proposals, manuscripts, newsletters, and technical reports. Over the course of his career, he has worked on various programs and research projects funded by organizations such as UNICEF, UNFPA, Save the Children, WHO, icddrb, FAO of UN, and JICA.
